12/14/2023 -- Measured a new hub ordered for a custom wheel. Velocity is pretty bad at making it easy to know what hub is what from their online listings and hub geometry list. I have no idea what they call this exact hub or if any of their listings or geo data correspond to it or not. I took a photo for this entry to help others know if this data is relevant for them or not.
Hub says "Velocity" on one side and "H149-DA201" on the opposite side of the shell.
Endcaps pull off with some resistance and the steel freehub body slides off easily to expose a three-pawl ratchet mechanism that has two circular springs instead of the more typical one spring. (each pawl has three tips due to the two grooves for the two springs) There are two 6902 cartridge bearings in the hub shell and two (also 6902?) cartridge bearings in the freehub body. The axle seems to be shouldered between the two main hub shell bearings.
Steel axle has 15mm OD and 10mm ID. Left endcap has 17mm stack height (bearing face to dropout face) and right endcap has 16.8mm stack height. Spacer inboard of freehub body has 17mm stack height. Steel freehub body is 11spd road compatible and a 1.85mm spacer is included for 8/9/10spd use.
Weight of 458g is without skewer.
