https://www.enviolo.com/en/history As of 2018, Enviolo is the new brand name going forward for Fallbrook Technologies' bicycle hub division. Formerly known as Nuvinci, this new name appears to be a way to differentiate between their industrial and bicycle divisions. Enviolo bicycle hubs use "Nuvinci technology" for their CVTs. There are small but notable product lineup and compatibility differences between the Nuvinci and Enviolo products, so I have chosen to treat them as separate manufacturers within Freespoke. -Karl |
