Rohloff for your symmetrical fatbike! This 190mm version appears to use some very specific (even for Rohloff) axle plates, disc mounts, and related hardware to achieve the full 190mm. Karl's hunch is that the internals are likely very closely related to the 170mm version, and the extra 20mm is mostly achieved with the longer endcaps, in effect. Note that the chainline info is identical to the 170mm version excep the beltline, and this may simply be a typo/error from Rohloff.
Chainline is 72mm for 15/16/17t sprockets, 75mm for splined sprockets, and 72mm for belt drive. -Karl
