440g is Schmidt's advertised weight. Measurements are not listed on Schmidt's website that I can locate. Offsets and diameters taken from Peter White's chart dated 1/8/11 (http://peterwhitecycles.com/images/products/Lights/SON%20technical%20data%20e.jpg) but were not physically measured by me. -Karl
