(These dimensions apply to fixed/fixed and fixed/free versions alike. there is a negligible 1mm difference in the flange spacing of one side that can be ignored.)
12/11/18 -- Installed an Ultra New axle kit on a 120mm fix/free hub shell. Axle is 129mm overall, 77.5mm over bearing shoulders, 25.25mm fix side shoulder to bitter end, 26.25mm free shoulder to bitter end. Fixed spacer and knurled endcap together have stack height of 15mm. Free side is 16mm. Fix spacer tallest stack height is 8mm, free spacer is 9mm. Stack height of stainless knurled endcaps is 7mm (not including the 2mm step that sleeves inside the aluminum spacers) -Karl
